Fast Forward
Hey,
When we were in high school and exactly our senior year - the question most of us asked is
"how are we going to be in say 3,4 years?!" which made us think, wonder and sometimes guess stuff like who is getting married first ? who would study this ? or do that ? are friends gonna stay the same ?
and now after 3 years ..
I got a sms from an old friend inviting me to a gathering of our high school friends..
I went !! and it Felt Sooooooo Wierd on different kind of levels..
it was wierd to see them all again everyone having thier own lives, some changed in terms of style, personality, and some just stayed the way they were 3 years ago.
Some best friends changed or got seperated and some stayed the same.
All i kept thinking about is our question 3 years ago and i had an 'aaaaaah' moment going
"sooo this is how we turned out to be !!"

Life is sure unpredictable. Who would guess we'll end up having what we have right now, those friends, those partners, the life that we'r living, it's so twisetd.
Since I wasn't at the gathering, I thank god. Acting as if I care about such people is way beyond what I want right now, they'r not in my friends nor old friends zone anymore, they'r just people who EXISTED for a while in my life, and now, they'r sumwhere doing what they'r doing and living their life. Their not the same people, neither am I.
The fact that we'r still together, laughing, fighting, nagging and gossiping is something I expected. But, we'v been through ALOT where at most I thought this is the END OF IT, lakin el7emdellah we always get over the PAUSE and sort things out.

me n my friends always thot that as well! it's my life, out of all of them, who always takes the sharpest turns hahaa wonder how it'll be in the next years to come!
What I would do to see all those people again.. they're scattered throughout the world.. doubt we'll see eachother again.
Anyway.. high school.. well it's the best time of our lives. Wish someone had told me.
Nothing is ever predictable, who created this word anyways!!?
Personaly i hate going back in anything i do.. i hate regreting anything i did.. so the last thing i would want to do is meet people from the past who were never really my friends.. they were just mates if i had a choice i wouldnt have wanted to meet them at all.. its not like am ashamed but you know when there are people who make no sense that they exist in your life, so better not have them.
We as a group are still together thank god! yes it is hard and i consider this an achievment, no one i know who graduated from high school still is as close to their high school friends like we are!!

everyone, my sisters, cousins, used to tell me that ur school friends aren't your real friends.. yet here i am saying, your so wrong.. they are the only friends!!
Fast Forward never works... so lets just live the moment!!

Life is full of surprises and unexpected things babes.. what we have to do is just live each moment as it comes.. and experience life.. u never know what will happen tomorrow.. I mean one sec ur doing this.. and the sec after ur doin that.. u never really know..
That question of “where are we goin to be in 3 yrs or 4 yrs ?” when we were back in high school.. yeah we all asked that question.. and well school friends not all last.. I have one close friend from schoool. Who is like a sister to me..”Davoi” we might not see each other everyday or talk everyday.. but we sure know that we are always there for each other.. and that’s enough to our friendship..
I love my university life.. I enjoyed school yrs.. but I really luv university.. and the friends I met in uni are my best friends.. I mean ive always had friends outside of school.. back in highschool my best friend was from an another school..”Sheeshee” and I met “Jooj” 11th grade.. and this gurl wasn’t with me in the same school, but we went to the same uni.. and our frienship carried on from there.. she is one of my best friends now.. =) and inshallah forever..
Right now my closest person on this earth is my best friend/cousin A.. I luv her so much and she knows that.. she always stuck by ma side and always told me the truth on ma face.. me and her were never in the same school.. and right now we don’t even go to the same uni… being in the same uni or going to the same school doesn’t really mean that u’ll meet ur best friends there.. I met my closest and dearest friends outside school and uni.. Mashallah mashallah… 3asa Allah mayfarigna..
I luv my friends who I met in uni.. “Noora, N.A.O, and u my dear” luv ya so much.. u know that..
I have a lot of friends mashallah mashallah.. but the ones I am always in touch with are people who I never went to school with.. =)
